Dementia Support works hard to dramatically improve how people are supported throughout their experience of dementia. Our services are more important than ever during the coronavirus pandemic.

As a charity, we can only do this thanks to supporters like you. Your donations are vital to fund all our services at Sage House, online, and beyond.

Regular gifts

Regular gifts are absolutely vital to help us plan our dementia services for the future, whatever it may bring for our customers.

£5 a month

£5 each month could help fund an online activity for over 20 people to get together, have some fun, and improve wellbeing.

£10 a month

£10 each month could fund our personalised and ongoing Wayfinder support service – a lifeline for families in unprecedented times.

£15 a month

£15 each month could help us be there for more vulnerable customers like Brian and Sheila, who would otherwise struggle to cope in very difficult circumstances.

Sheila is in the advance stages of dementia and can no longer communicate. Dementia Support helped Brian to get appropriate care for her when she broke her hip during lockdown. She is now settled at home once again.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your efforts – I shall be forever in your debt.” Brian

Make a single donation

Your donation will help us deliver our uniquely supportive services, either face to face or virtually, to help people navigate the challenges of dementia.

£10 could help fund dementia wellbeing packs to help people stay safe and well at home.

£50 could help fund a first appointment with a Wayfinder to help a family, like Anne and Bob’s, navigate the challenges of dementia.

£100 could help fund intensive, ongoing support for vulnerable people like Brian and Sheila during a particularly difficult stage of dementia.

Dementia Support Wayfinder, Jacquie, helped Anne and Bob’s family transition to the next stage of their dementia journey, with practical and emotional support.

“It’s been a minefield this year. I don’t think we would have survived as a family without Dementia Support.” Michaela, Bob’s daughter

Gifts in memory

Gifts in memory of a loved one are a wonderful way to mark their life. Gifts can be made in lieu of flowers or as part of a collection. Contact Daniel Marenghi to find out more, details below, or talk to your Funeral Director. You could also arrange an ongoing Tribute Fund to help their memory live on.

A gift in your will

Making provision for Dementia Support in your will, once your loved ones have been provided for, can help fund our uniquely supportive services to people living with dementia in the future. Contact Helen Ison to find out more.
