Salary: £17,772 to £18,746 FTE (£9,478 to £10,000 for 20 hours)

 

This is a new role in a growing charity who have big plans and ambitions to support people living with Dementia in an unprecedented way.

 

We are looking for someone special with a desire to really make a difference to people living with Dementia.

 

The right candidate will be caring and highly passionate about delivering high quality day care and activities. Ensuring the best possible quality of life for our customers and their families is what Dementia Support are about. If this sounds appealing, then we want to hear from you!

 

Dementia Support is a new Charity opening a state-of-the-art Hub in May 2018, in Tangmere near Chichester. Within this hub we will be capable of delivering a wide range of vital services under one roof providing the latest support, information, advice and activities to those living with Dementia. As we now gather momentum and prepare for our launch, we are looking to expand our team.

As a support worker within the new Dementia Hub’s Care and Activity zone you will work as part of a team to deliver services to our customers which are;

The successful applicant will work in an effective team providing unrivalled outcome-based care and support and will enable customers to maintain and where possible, improve skills of daily living and maintain and develop the highest quality of life in a positive, nurturing and safe environment.
