Dementia Support are a growing charity who have big plans and ambitions to support people living with Dementia in an unprecedented way. Based in Tangmere near Chichester, Dementia Support have created the first ever ‘one stop shop’ for those living directly or indirectly with dementia. In this state-of-the-art Hub we deliver a wide range of dementia services under one roof.
As we now gather momentum we are looking to expand our team. You will bring skills and experience, energy to work creatively and learn and most of all, a positive attitude. If you are interested in joining our high performing team and want to help us to deliver quality services then we would be pleased to hear from you.
The position will include management of fundraising correspondence, database management, report writing and research, whilst ensuring that the fundraising office is administratively operating efficiently and to a high standard. You will have experience of working within an office environment and be able to demonstrate good customer service skills. Good IT knowledge and the ability to communicate with supporters, donors and colleagues professionally is a must!
Key duties will involve:
- Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors
- Dealing with telephone calls and emails,
- Managing the filing system and maintaining accurate records,
- Ensuring all donations are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
