Full-time – Permanent

Salary: £38,237 to £41,025

 

This is a new role in a growing charity who have big plans and ambitions to support people living with Dementia in an unprecedented way.

 

We are looking for someone special with a desire to really make a difference. The right candidate will be passionate about developing and delivering high quality day care services and activities for people living with dementia. Ensuring the best possible quality of life for our customers and their families is what Dementia Support are about. If this sounds appealing, then we want to hear from you!

 

Dementia Support is a new Charity based in Tangmere near Chichester and we are creating the first ever ‘one stop shop’ for those living directly or indirectly with dementia. In this state-of-the-art Hub opening in May 2018, we will be capable of delivering a wide range of vital services under one roof providing the latest support, information, advice and activities to those living with Dementia.

 

As we now gather momentum and prepare for our launch, we are looking to expand our team.

 

Leading the Care and Activity Zone of our brand-new Dementia Hub you will be enthusiastic about delivering the best possible outcomes for all customers at every stage of the dementia pathway. You will bring skills and experience, energy to work creatively, strong initiative and most of all, a positive can-do attitude.

 

Operating as the senior professional in the team, the Head of Care and Activities will lead and manage a proficient, effective team delivering high-quality services. You will make a significant contribution to the shape of the current and future team function, service priorities and resource requirements, including the design and development of systems, processes, procedures and practices.
