Irwin Mitchell Solicitors in Chichester have made Dementia Support their Charity of the Year for 2017. Previously Thomas Eggar, the team are holding various fundraising events in their offices, and have worked with us to develop legal literature to help families who have questions about caring for someone living with dementia.
Westbourne House School have nominated Dementia Support as one of their charities for the next 2 academic years.
Owen Kenny Solicitors, Chichester are fundraising for Dementia Support throughout the year and 22 members of staff are taking part in the Rough Runner Challenge on 9th April.
Hays Travel, Chichester – the team voted to have Dementia Support as their Charity of the Year and are getting ready to hold some events in their branch on South Street. Got any foreign coins left over from your holiday? Drop them into Hays Travel – they are collecting for us in the Bureau de Change.
Cook, Chichester have continued their support by having a collection tin in the shop on East Street and providing raffle prizes. Manager, Richard is also keen to do a fundraising challenge for us – we are trying to persuade him to abseil the Spinnaker Tower, watch this space!
George Ide, Chichester, made a generous donation of £3,790 to celebrate 50 years of their business.
Portfield Citroen Garage continue to support us and raised £84 at their Christmas Jumper Day.
Co-op Community Fund – £3,066.47 was raised by people shopping at the Tangmere Co-op and by people who nominated us as their charity via their Co-op membership cards. We have been nominated again to be the Tangmere branch’s charity.
